Starting prices are provided for general guidance. Final fees are based on the scope, duration, complexity, and level of support required. A customized proposal will be provided before services begin.
Our Process
1. Initial Inquiry
Complete the business inquiry form and provide basic information about your organization, goals, timeline, and consulting needs.
2. Introductory Conversation
If your request is within our scope, we will schedule an introductory conversation to learn more about the organization and determine whether REC is an appropriate consulting partner. An introductory conversation does not create a consulting agreement or obligate either party to proceed.
3. Customized Proposal
- The consulting scope;
- Services and deliverables;
- Engagement timeline;
- Consulting fees in U.S. dollars;
- Payment schedule;
- Client responsibilities; and
- Applicable terms and conditions.
4. Agreement and Payment
Work begins only after the organization accepts the proposal, signs the applicable consulting agreement, and submits the required payment. Business clients receive an invoice or authorized payment link directly from Russell Experience Collective. REC does not offer unrestricted public checkout through this website.
5. Consultation and Delivery
Services are delivered according to the schedule and method stated in the signed agreement. Consultations may be conducted virtually or, when agreed upon in writing, in person. Deliverables and fulfillment dates vary according to the scope of the engagement.
Important Service Information
Russell Experience Collective, Inc. provides business and organizational consultation, strategic guidance, educational information, and program-development recommendations. REC services are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, travel-booking services, or a guarantee of any particular organizational or financial outcome. Clients remain responsible for evaluating recommendations, making final decisions, implementing strategies, and obtaining advice from appropriately licensed professionals when necessary.
Payment Information
Russell Experience Collective accepts business-to-business payments for approved consulting, administrative, operational, management, and strategic planning engagements.
All fees are:
- Quoted in U.S. dollars;
- Presented in a written proposal or agreement;
- Confirmed before payment;
- Invoiced according to the agreed payment schedule; and
- Processed through an authorized and secure payment method.
Clients should submit payment only through an invoice or payment link issued directly by Russell Experience Collective.
There is no general “Pay Now” option on this website.
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, deposits, retainers, and payments for consulting preparation or work already performed are nonrefundable. Complete payment, cancellation, and termination terms are included in the applicable agreement and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
